My counseling approach identifies how your emotions, thoughts, and behavior cause psychological and social conflict. My theoretical orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral with a Social Systems Perspective applied to meet your personal goals. After an assessment, we develop needed and achievable goals. Using theory and experience, you will notice more about yourself and those around you. as you journey toward a positive and healthy lifestyle.
